The Sweet Policy

At SweetPeas Ultrasound, our mission is to provide expecting families with exceptional, luxury elective ultrasound experiences in a safe, professional, and welcoming environment. To protect both our clients and our business, the following policies apply. By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.

✨ Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Payments secure your reserved appointment time and are applied to your session balance.
• We accept credit/debit cards and approved online payment methods. Please remember we are CASHLESS

✨ No Refunds

Because all services are elective, personalized, and appointment-based, all sales are final. This includes ultrasound sessions, keepsake packages, and heartbeat animals or other products.

• Results will naturally vary based on factors such as gestational age, baby’s position, and maternal hydration.
• No specific outcome or guarantee can be promised. But we are fully open to one FREE rescan

✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations bo matter the time or day will result in 80% charge of service.
• No-shows are charged 100% of the appointment fee.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling, and the 80% cancellation fee will still apply.
• Multiple last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions or denial of future appointments.

✨ Chargebacks & Disputes

Any attempt to dispute a valid charge through your bank or credit card company after receiving services or products will be considered fraudulent. We will provide all signed agreements, intake forms, booking confirmations, and receipts to the financial institution to support our claim. SweetPeas reserves the right to pursue legal action and collection of the disputed amount, including applicable fees.

✨ Hygiene & Cleanliness

SweetPeas maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation for the safety of our families and staff.

• All equipment, scanning areas, and seating are disinfected between each appointment.
• Guests are encouraged to arrive clean and free of heavy lotions, oils, or fragrances.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if safety or hygiene standards are not met.

✨ Service Eligibility

For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

• Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Displays disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward staff
• Fails to comply with appointment instructions
• Attempts to use our elective services as a substitute for medical care

By booking with SweetPeas, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. You also acknowledge that results vary and that no specific outcome is promised or implied.
